Introduction
Rather than purchase a copy of the Cinemage System, services based on the system
can be subscribed to on a monthly fee bases. The cost is proportional to the
amount of data hosted, measured as the number of records and images uploaded.
There is an account setup process for each subcriber, to establish them in the
particular service of interest.
Service Overview
The Cinemage®System is a 100% solution for collections management on the
Internet or on an internal network. The system is entirely web-based and can
be accessed from anywhere on the Internet using standard web browsers. Access
control mechanisms provide for everything from public (read-only) access, to
complete records management, all done through a simple user interface and standard
web forms. Included are tools for image management and display and an optional
e-commerce module is available for on-line purchase of images or other media.

Image Maintenance
- System handles all standard image formats (Jpeg, TIFF, BMP, GIF, etc)
- Only the highest resolution images are loaded – all lower resolution images
are generated by the system.
- The system will export text and thumbnail images in the format required
by Images Canada.
